When We Are Closed
At all other times ring NHS 111
All contact with NHS 111 must be made initially on the telephone.
When you contact NHS or HARMONI you will speak to an operator who will take some details from you. These details will be passed to a duty doctor who will telephone you to ascertain the nature of your condition.
Describe your symptoms and give full details of any medication you may be taking.
The doctor will then decide whether you need to be seen. You may be offered an appointment at a local Primary Care Centre (see below) or a home visit may be arranged.
